The city of Kuna is also home to Cowgirls, a country bar that’s reminiscent of the bar featured in the movie “Coyote Ugly,” where patrons can dance on the bar top or ride the mechanical bull. Cowgirls also hosts a variety of live up-and-coming country music artists throughout the year and other live music acts.
It is also near the Morley Nelson Snake River Birds of Prey Preserve, an area that houses the densest population of nesting raptors in the U.S.
Kuna has its own greenbelt with paths for hiking and biking. For train watchers, Kuna sits along the Union-Pacific railroad with upwards of 20 trains a day passing through the town.
